Returning an item

You have 21 days from receiving your order to return it to us if it isn't quite right, providing it’s in a resaleable condition with original tags attached. 

To organise a return please email info@akwababy.com and let us know your order number and reason for return.

Please send them to the address below via Royal Mail and a obtain proof of postage:

If approved, your refund (if the goods still have tags, are unworn and in perfect condition) will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  Please allow a week from receipt of parcel before the refund is completed.

 

Faulty Items

Customers are entitled to a full refund for faulty goods up to 30 days after purchasing.

Any item(s) where a fault has been caused to due customer negligence or not following the garment care instructions will not be refunded. Only manufacturing faults will be considered.

We cannot issue exchanges, if a new item is required please purchase via the Akwa Baby website www.akwababy.com and return the unwanted item as per the above instructions
